Attention! If you have problems with commands to get heads, check out this little manual:

Make sure you use the command for the version of Minecraft you are using!
All Minecraft commands must be used with command blocks!
If you are having problems with the commands to get Minecraft heads on the server, change minecraft:give to give at the beginning of the command
